while browsing thru the net, i came across this...

Is this for real ? do people buy these ?
i really cannot believe this....

No, I think jan must have burned out the first pair with his 1 kW valve/tube amp. It will get a bit pricey with 7.1...

Like the Johnny Cash song, I'm buying those speakers one piece at a time. I have one pair of binding posts that set me back 20,000. I think that it just might be morally, at the least ethically, wrong to spend that much on a speaker.

The Acapella Spharon Excaliburs cost around 250k euros in here, they have nice plasma tweeters and weigth 620kg.

you will first have to do lots of things which are morally and ethically wrong, to earn the money to buy those speakers :-) !!!

i'll need a new house too to keep them lol !!

Other options are Ohm Acoustics, Shahinian, and Huff, which are other variations on the Walsh design at more affordable prices.
I own a H/T set up by Ohm but have been eyeing Shahinian's for quite some time.
