Does anyone have any knowledge of this receiver? I have looked all over the net and cannot find very much about this unit (or any other GTE unit). I did find that they started making them in 1977 but that is all I could find. Any help would be great.
They stopped building receivers soon after they all burned up. Sylvania receivers were built in Taiwan with substandard components and were a service nightmare. I know, I owned one for a short (pun intended) while. Be careful with this receiver.
