I have a stereo that the inputs i think are blown. Its the left and right channel (red and white rca things) but anyway whenever i try and play music through those the sound is really bad. its fuzzy and distorted. it hasn't always done this just recently. im thinking the inputs are blown out or something. I was wondering if this is fixable if i take it apart?

i know its not the speakers because it plays CDs and there is a usb sound input that works fine.

In all honesty, if you have to ask if you can fix it, then no, you likely cannot, and will be much safer ignoring that input.

Gotta agree with Nuck, everyone thinks fixing audio is as simple as taking the cover off and slapping in a new part - and that we should be able to tell you over the forum which part to change. No, if you use language such as "blown out or something", you should not have your hands inside an electrical component. Take it to a shop for a proper repair.
