Made a post a few weeks ago concerning NAD 762 receiver making digital "pops" upon channel changing with directv box. Contacted NAD and rep said that this should be addressed with software upgrade to v 1.22. My question is do you think it is worth it and has anybody made the upgrade and seen improvements with this type of problem?

Reason for concern is based on another thread i read on this site that stated that not all software upgrades are without bugs...example is computer software. Don't want to fix one problem and create another. Any suggestions?
