I am new to the home audio surround world. I am battling between buying the Pioneer Elite 43Tx and the 45Tx. From what I've been reading besides the input/outputs, one of the biggest differences is the MCACC feature. Is this feature really worth it? I have a SPL meter and know how to use it.

If you have an SPL meter then get the 43TX. I have this awsome receiver and didnt need the mcacc because, like you, I had an SPL meter. Plus I would rather go by MY ears then a remotes "ears".
