Hey guys...

I currently have a dayton SUB120 in my room and i absolutely hate it. Its firing in the front right corner with sub/right side against the wall and ports towards the room, which is the loudest setup. I was looking for something cheap that got very loud, and this isnt it at all. I dont need amazing sq because i will be playing only rap/dance music through it.

SO... Im looking for a single powered sub that will be the best SPL for the buck. Im not trying to spend much money at all because i live in a frat house and everything seems to get trashed very quickly.

My system includes a Yamaha RX-V661 7.1 reciever and five RCF 51/4+tweet speakers systems. The speakers sound great so all i need is a sub. Thanks.

I can't calc shipping, but a 15" driver, a 2200w (tested) amp, and the materials to build it.. is about $500.. may be too much...? 125dB to 25hz.

Cant really build anything... No tools at the house.

Id like to keep it under 350-400ish if at all possible.

Thanks for the quick reply tho.
