After it's turned on , shuts off in 3-5 seconds and the standby light starts blinking. disconnected everything, tried again , same thing happened. Any ideas> Thanks
try resetting. Hold down the power button and then unplug the power cord. Hold it down again, then plug it back in. did you use 4 ohm speakers? If you did,the amp is probably blown, the 209 is not good with 4 ohm speakers and will overload.
Thanks. Tried the reset didn't work. I had surround sound set up 2 paradigm titans, 2 atoms, subwoofer and center channel. system is about 6 years old. assuming the amp is blown, what would you recommend as repalcement receiver.
