I realize this topic has probably been done to death around here in the past but I'm new to the site and didn't see any recent threads addressing it...

So here goes...

Is biwiring worth it? Does it make an audible difference and if so on all equipment?

Try it and find out Dana.
Just remove the brass jumper plates on the speakers and run 2 sets of speaker wire to them.
Easy, cheap(I hope) and simple.
What do you think?

.

Spend some time going through the archives of this section. There have been several threads about biwiring and bi-amping. One or three in particular are worth reading.

One half step form that would be to remove the speaker bridge clips and replace them with speaker wire.

Go find the threads Jan mentioned, it will be time well spent.
