If its two channel and i assume so . Most receivers made cannot handle 3 speaker systems at one time. The impendance load will be well below 4 ohms. You can however use two pairs at a time using speaker switch to turn a set off (assuming you have 8 ohm speakers). maybe say to switch from one room to another. Speakers a + b are on the same channel. Just a switch to control speakers. Are you going to use 4 speakers in main listening room and say maybe the third set in another? You can hook up 2 sets to either a or b but wouldnt use all 3 at same time. Use b to turn a set off. You can probably get away with using 3 set at low listening volumes with a high current design rec. like a Harmon kardon. But at high levels the rec. will shut down. May damage a cheaper rec.
