I have an old(12-13 years) pioneer A-60 reciever. I want to get a powered sub for it but the reciever has no place to hook one to it(sub-out?) Is there still a way to connect a woofer to it? I dont know much about home audio and any advice would be great. Thanks
I understand that if you don't have a sub-out, you could get a powered sub with "in" and "out" hook for speakers. This way you plug the sub into the A or B speakers out in your (through)receiver, and run the front speakers from the sub. JP

Yeah, just plug the front "B" speaker terminals into the input on the sub.
