hey guy, i need some help with the big boy Goldie
my dad just bought psb status gold from his friend... and try to get the new amp or pre/pow to move those big boy to the right track due to his old Denon PMA 880R not give them enought power. friend of him told that with those big boy, he need to get pew/pow or bi-am with minimum of 180w to handle.
i've read so many good review abt Nad and PSB, so i just wonder has the Nad 372 have quality and quantity of power to bring the big boy to be positive or
1 get the pre162/pow272
2 get the 372/272 then bi-am
he loves jazz and classical (and some pop for myself each time i visit him)
his system up to now are
the big boy psb status gold
rega appolo cdp ( was a gift from me...:-)
old denon pma 880R
his DIY cable.....dont know how he can make it...
the old speaker from his sys was trade off, and it was mission ( cant remember what model)
thx for your help again....:-)
note that his room arround 4m x 6m

If dad likes jazz and classical, lose the Psb Golds.
Honestly, man, bad, bad speakers for fine stuff.
