best way to hook up the following bell satelite receiver toshiba color stream tv denon 2803 receiver denon 1600 dvd speakers surround paradigm 11's monitor 3's and mission centre whats best all thru receiver s video or coaxial or will color stream be better for dvd's and tv? thanks
