Hi folks,

a friend of mine bought a pair of B&W DM601/S3 speakers and a NAD C352 integrated amplifier, but he is still using an old Philco CD-Player.

What would be the best cost effective CD-Player option for him to match the quality the other equipment?

Thanks in advance!

NAD C525BEE or C542, that is if he is unsatisfied with the present player.

Here's some options:

NAD C-542
Cambridge Audio Azur 640C
Rotel RCC 1055

Good luck

I have a NAD C542 (acually two) and a Cambridge Azur 340C. Both models are excellent and I can hear no difference in sound quality between them. The lower cost Cambridge is, therefore the better buy.

Here are a couple of websites to check out. They are authorized online dealers and have great prices. I have purchased from both...no problems.
