I am looking for new left, front and center chanels for a 5.1 HT setup. I have a Marantz SR8500 amp. I have a Mirage S10 sub and a pair of Omnisats that I can use for the rear channels so the Mirage seems like the obvious choice, but when I listened to them in a store I was underwhelmed. I have been told that Paradigms work well with Mirage and if they don't I could move my Mirage 2.1 set up to to bedroom and get a matching 5.1 system of Paradigms or Mythos. If it's close to a tie, I will certainly get the Mirages, but I would love to get some feedback on these similar looking slim towers. Do they work? Can they get around the simple laws of physics that speakers have been operating under for decades? I started looking at these because of the WAF, but that's no longer an issue. Are these worth buying if you're not trying to make a girlfriend happy? Please help.
