I Need help in formatting my Mp3 player

I have Fat Error and device format on my screen. It does not allow me to listen to songs on it. It basically does not work at all. Could u please tell me how i can fix this problem.

well, if u did trying formating it as u say u did... ur question is not quite clear.. and u say it does'nt work at all. try.. giving it back to ur retailer, coz it may be a defective piece..
anyways connect it to ur p.c and right click format.. not quick though.. and check ur mp3 manual regarding this issue, if available also its website regarding this predicament.. also when connected, run virus scan to make sure its safe from trojans and like, coz u may have infected mp3's and unware of it... and that may or could be one of the causes..
