So I am in the market for a speaker system but what I am looking for is the smallness such as like Bose has. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have been told these are all better then Bose and to go with either but I am not sure:

Also I was looking at Orb Audio and they seems pretty good too.

But again, I want the smallness of Bose but also to get the best audio that I can.

Orbs are a very good choice specially with your requirements. I think they articulate very well with almost any receiver.

I have personally heard these, and the sound is something to behold. They are only slightly larger than the Bose, but still VERY attractive. I heard them on my last trip to NYC, and I can say this...

If I had a need for unobtrusive speakers, these would be it. The highs are fantastic, especially considering the size of the driver, which is large enough to x-over to the sub in the upper bass.
