is anyone in the process of purchasing anything through ornec? im tearing my hair out with them. they recently revamped their website and their status updates are terrible. they will not even acknowledge receipt of payment after 2 weeks. needless to say, i have not received a tracking number from them. they were pretty good before, about 2 to 3 months before, when it took 10 days from the date of deposit to the time my cd player arrived at the doorstep. They're just stonewalling me the past 2 weeks and im getting really frustrated and angry. anyone have any experiences with them in the past few weeks?
