I AM USING VSX-81TXV PIONEER ELITE WITH JBL HOME CIN SERIES . I AM RUNNING 7 SPEAKERS OFF OF THE RECEIVER NOW AND NEED TO GET A AMP FOR THE SUB (INFO BELOW). THE ROOM IS PRE WIRED AND I WILL BE UPGRADING AS I GO ALONG ANY SUG WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.THE ROOM IS APPROX 10X10 AND I WILL MOSTLY BE WATCHING MOVIES.MY BUDGET IS APPROX $1,000.00.Subwoofer

First suggestion...stop typing in all caps!

Now, for that budget, you should really take a look at powered subwoofers and sell the sub you currently have. That Pioneer has a subwoofer output that can connect to a powered sub, the connection is very easy. You can get rid of the JBL cinema series all together and get a nicer more detailed set with the budget you currently have and the money you get for the cinema series.

Take a look at HSU subwoofers and Ascend Acoustics.
