Where would be the best place to purchase a JVC 8020 for the best deal..like around 200 to 300. I know I have seen deals like that, for a brand new reciever. So if anyone knows that would be great.

Etronics does have good deals but watch out!...they are not authorized dealers for everything they carry which means you may be stuck without a warranty.
