Optical work ok but no sound when I connect the coac cable from an other DVD. I have enabled the digital out on the DVD. Any hint please how I select the coax input.

The optical input on the receiver is probably the default for DVD. Go into the receivers setup menu and assign the coaxial to the DVD and it should work.
