Hi - have a Denon DM30S system, that has a DVD player connected, but I also want to connect a Bush MTT1 turntable, so I can record some vinyl. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be anywhere to put the jacks into. Is there something I can buy that can allow me to do this. I've had a quick scoot around the internet, but nothing makes sense. Please help with words of one syllable as I'm a bit girly when it comes to electronics

Search for phono preamp such as those on this page:

http://www.phonopreamps.com/

They let you connect your turntable to the Denon via either Tape In or Aux In. Some cost as low as $25 US and some cost well over $100 depending on the qual and features they have.

Thank you Kevin and Jan - you are so cheeky, I actually can go up further than one syllable!!
Anyway, my husband has just come home and apparently he has some gizmo that has done the job. Thanks again
