hello,

im wondering about the best spot in my small apartment living room to place my hsu stf-2 sub.

the room is slightly longer than wide. the way its setup now the sub has great bass when im sitting directly across from it against the wall. however, if im sitting closer and either left or right of center the bass drops of significantly. based on the diagram where is a better place for the sub to be placed. id experiment myself but im in a wheelchair and need someone else to move the sub around for me. I drive friends nuts with calibrations and such. lol so id like to know if there are any good areas to start with if possible.

well I know that Dr. Hsu usually recommends nearfield placement if at all possible, so I'd try immediately to the right of your chair that's across from the center speaker, or possibly in the corner directly to the right of that chair.
