ok i have a fisher ca 273. i was listening to a song and i cranked it upto about nine out of ten, and now when i turn it on it pushes all of my speakers out as far as they will go and they get realy hot . i need advice on what to repair

Do the speakers return to normal position with power off?
If you take a normal 9v square baattery and apply it to the speaker wires(off the amp) do the speakers extend and retract(battery on/off)
If you (gently push the woofers back, is there any resistance?Do they return to normal position?
Enquiring minds want to know.

i found the problem it was a burnt out 560 ohm resistor
