Hello, I have a Cambridge Audio A5 amp.

I would like to use two sets of speakers temporarily - only for 2 hours. The Amp will be turned up pretty loud.

Is this ok for the Amp? Will the amp be safe and not overheat/fuse/blow up?

Thanks

Assuming you do not create some sort of weird load with the second set of speakers the amplifier should be OK. If it gets unusually warm, you should lower the volume and possibly disconnect the additional speakers.

Well, the amp gets warm with just one pair at high volume so I was thinkign an extra set would mean i can set the volume lower and thus reduce the amp from heating up?

Thanks
