I have been beating my head against a wall trying to decide whether there would be that much of a difference between the SA-WM40 sub I have now(12" and 120 WATT) and the PB1-ISD from SVS. Would this be a night and day kind of deal. I find that I cannot "feel" the Sony I have now, but definitely can hear it. Would a guy feel the SVS in a room that is 25X30? Is it worth the upgrade?
Oh yea dude, if you are not satisfied with your Sony I would up it. The Fluance sub I have you can really "feel" the air move in the room when watching movies. But I haven't heard the SVS subs but the reviews are excellent. Good Luck.
