I just bought an amp for 10$ which didnt power on at all.. i opened it up and discovered 2 blown fuses.. i replaced the fuses and it powers on but it reads overload after a couple seconds,, no speakers on inputs plugged in.. i want to know if this is a fix urself or a costly repair job
