ive been looking for some bookshelf speakers to replace some polk rt400 small floorstanders. so far im liking the acsend cbm-170. they will be paired with a hsu stf-2 sub. my room is medium sized. any other options around $350 a pair be nice. rock rnb n rap r my genres.
If you want something totally neutral, pick the CBM-170 (silk tweeter). If you like more brilliance in the sound, try the amazing B&W DM 600 S3 ($350/pr) or DM 303 ($300/pr), with aluminum tweeter.
