Whenever I transfer music from a folder to my iPod, then disconnect the iPod, the music is gone. I can't factory restore/update my iPod either, and when i delete music on iTunes from my iPod, it still shows on the iPod, but there is no file, just the name.
I was updating my ipod and all my songs erased except the new ones I was trying to add, can I get my songs I bought off itunes without buying them again?
