Any reason not to get a HSU2 sub? Replacng a technics amp(2x130) and 2x 12" sub boxes(cheap) so I can use the receiver elsewhere.
Ant better options in Canada?

Thanks

Hey Jan, you tried one of these? Like the Lings, maybe send a sub around?

Tim send a sub to the great white north! I cover shipping at the border, any problem and I will buy it!

Why not?

Nuck-
Feel free to e-mail be at

if you would like more information about Tom.

Since the Tom weighs about double what a pair of Lings weigh I'm not sure about a "Tom Ring". If Jan would like to test one and report his impressions I'm up for it.
The Tom is a sealed subwoofer. This design is intended to be a match for the Ling and Rosa speakers. It is tight and musical but doesn't go terribly low as you might want for a dedicated HT sub, however, I've watched The Incredibles for example, and was pleasently surprised at just how well Tom did with that soundtrack.

Let me get the TL built and I might take you up on the offer, if only to learn what I might be missing with the DIY TL and my own amplifier.
