I just cant beleive it. Went into a Bose store today, asked to listen for the Accustimass 3 and they had it in a open large room, I wanted to hear ir in a smaller closed room, "NOT POSSIBLE". Asked for sensitivity spec, "NOT POSSIBLE", wanted to change the amp they were using and use mine; "NOT POSSIBLE". Well then "sales are NO POSSIBLE" I said.
I have never received such a standarized and unflexible service.
