Lost center speaker on my Yamaha RXV-3000?!?!

I have a Yamaha receiver (RXV-3000) that is barely three years old. Yesterday, right in the middle of a DVD, the center speaker (main voice) stopped sending sound. I swapped one of the side surround speakers into that slot to see if it was the speaker, cable or receiver. I checked different sources as well - no matter if its from radio, CD, DVD or cable I get nothing from that speaker. Apparently its the receiver - no signal is being sent from the 'front center' speaker terminals....for absolutely NO REASON! Is there a fuse or something simple?

Has this happened to anybody and is there anything I can check???

what are your impressions regarding the next NBA Season? Can New Jersey finally win a championship?

Jkidd can you hear anything out of the middle speaker when you do a test in the receiver's configuration?

Also watch that cross-over dribble :-)

No - nothing comes out when I do the test on the receiver.

If it's not the cable or the input devices nor the speakers, sounds like you have to take it in.
