Hi, i had a problem with my ipod and i sent it away and have since received a new one. when i plugged it into my pc today to upload the songs from itunes it came up with something about updating so i clicked update, it then took me to the update screen but would only let me click on restore not update! so i didnt restore as i didnt want to lose the songs. does anyone know a way that i can keep my songs and upload them to the ipod? also does "restore" wipe itunes? any help would be much appreciated. scott
