I am busy building my first decent AV system, I have found a set of KEF KHT 2005.2's for a good price and I am looking for an AV receiver to power them. I have been looking at the Denon AVR 1804 and the Yamaha RXV 740.
What would you recommend? I heard some very good things about the Yamaha but have a contact that imports Denon's (I live in South Africa) and I can get them at a 25% discount (so the Denon is less that 2/3 of the price of the RX-V740).
