Can somebody please give me an opinion on this amp? I can't afford a new quality amp and this one is selling pre-owned at a dealer for $900CDN. I have a Jamo SW410 subwoofer to trade in and $500CDN could probably land this amp. Is this a good price for this amp? The other option I have is an Audio Research D100 for $500CDN, which would cost me a $100CDN with the sub trade in. The D100 is alot older though and I'd like to get 5-10 years out of the amp I purchase. I live in Canada an I've looked on Audiogon but most places only ship to the US. I'll have to goto a home dealer I guess. Please help me out if you can. Thanks.

Darren, I have a D240 and have owned it for a number of years. It is a very good amp and $900 CDN is a fair price. I was just looking at selling mine so have been looking at pricing. I'm not sure what you are replacing or using with it, but for the money, it would be hard to beat. Hope that helps!
