I was just given these huge speakers for practically nothing by a family that wanted to get rid of them. They said they were too powerful and bulkly. Anyways I really dont know what I have and what to power them with. I really dont have a lot of money to invest in an amp receiver.

So what I'm really asking... Is whats the lowest end amp/receiver I should buy to get good sound out of these. I really dont want to spend more than 200 bucks at best buy or where-ever.

Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

Thank You

Our resident CV expert Paul will likely be able to answer you question. Are you looking for stereo or multichannel?

I'd go for a digital receiver given your budget.
