I just bought a sound system off of a friend consisting of a sony 5 speaker set and a kenwood KR-V87R. First off there is not a dedicated center channel out on the receiver so how would I hook that up? Second there is a sub-woofer set up that is plugged into the two positive sides of the B set of out puts and of-course grounded to the receiver. Is there anyway to use both A and B outputs at the same time? And last is seems as thought the two rear speaker are really lacking for power, I would think they would have to have more power right? Thanks
Ok well I got the Surround speakers up to proper volume and I removed the sub from the B channel and hooked both posative wires into the posatives into the A channel and it sounds good. My only question now is the Center channel. I know it will not function like a 5.1 system but it will help my sound stage a little.
