Dual Disk in B&O Beosound 2000

Has anyone ever heard of the new dual disks (CD/DVD) not working in a B&O Beosound 2000 player? I just bought my first dual disk (Springsteen) and it won't play. Has anyone had problems with the new dual disks on any other CD player?
