I am trying to hookup my home subwoofer and back center speaker to my receiver (Denon AVR-1082) with no luck. My first problem is I can not figure out how to get the set-up menu on the TV screen. I have it on AMP and press set-up like the directions say and have tried most all channel ranges. What am I doing wrong?
