I have found both of these speakers at just under $600 dollars, which is the roof of my price range, but am unsure of which to get, and which would sound better with my Adcom 555 amp, and I am unfortunately not gonna get a chance to try either of them out. I trust the infinitys more and they seem to be pretty good speakers

but the JBL e-100s have two 10 inch woofers as opposed to 6 1/2 inch woofers, which makes me think that their sound would most likely be better

TIA for the help

bigger speakers doesnt mean better sound. you will probably get better sound from the infinity, though people say good stuff about JBL.

I would go with the infinity, thats just me though

I have listened to the infinity beta50 and the jbl e100.I decided on the jbl's.The beta 50's are a little heavier but the sound of the jbl's won me over. Both are good in my opinion. Price wise they are about the same.
