NAD T743 & T572 with KEF Q5's, MA B4's or Paradigm Monitor 7

I listened to the kef's, but not paired with nad. I wasn't thrilled with the sound. But then, I'm not at all knowledgeable about what to listen for. I also listened to the Paradigm's with nad and I thought they sounded good, even though I was somewhat biased against them. I still have to listen to the MA B4's and Kef's with nad.
Can anyone give me information about these pairings? And what do you think about buying speakers from an internet company like Hippo's and having them shipped? Has anyone bought speakers off the internet and been happy with what they got? Thanks for your input!

I just purchased a Marantz receiver and a set of Kef Q series speakers,(Q7, Q10C, Q1, PSW3000), from Hippos. I had zero problems and love the speakers. The only issue may be that Hippos is not an "authorized internet retailer" for the equipment, but are authorized if you buy at the local store only.
