I have an H/K avr230 and want to add an amplifier so that I can run 7.1 How do I do this and what do I need. I don't want to put a gold lid on a garbage can, the seperate amp will just run the two rear surrounds. Will a stereo external (pre?) amp work? I am lost with this issue and any help/suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
