is there a way to fix a disconneccted voice coil and how? is a do it yourself or no? i have a sottering gun

only if the coil wiring is detached from the crossover. there is no way to repair the coil itself.

it seems it was ripped from the crossover inside the sub

your last 2 postings are confusing, if the wiring is broken between the crossover and the driver, you should be able to replace the wiring and re-solder it. use the original wire if you can recover it, otherwise replace both sides (+/-) with comparable wiring

i was told by some guys that i need to "glue" down my voice coil, why would i need to do this?
i don't even know what a voice coil is.
never mind why it would need to be glued
and finally can i do it myself?
