on a set of bi-wirable speaker, if we just use a pair of single wire, i have been told replacing the "brass link" that connected on the binding post will improve the sound quality...

i have told to remove the brass link and replace it with speaker wire instead...how do we do that actually.?.

I assume you have binding posts? you could simply take a short piece of speaker wire and connect the two binding posts as if you were wiring them..... it might be easier if you used spade connectors to get a good connection....but that could get expensive with good connectors and wire.... I am currently using the connectors that came with the speakers on my rears, but have the front three speakers bi-wired.
