Ok I have a question, when I purchaced my head unit and subs I found out I had no more money for my amp so my friend told me about this 400watt amp radio shack had, I bielive it is an optimus. Well I hooked it up to my 2 12' Thunder 5000 Mtx subs and it sounds pretty good. The thing is I dont trust my amp and would like to get a more powerfull one, the thing is I am still poor. I have been looking into geting a pyramid and they seem to be in my price range 60-100$ now the big question. Is it worth 75$ to go from a no name 400watt to the pyramid 1000 watt amp. I do not know all the technical details of either but im mainly looking for a general answer.
