ok theres the link does anyone know why he goes 2.0 to 3.25 to 4.5 in port width as he goes out if so how did he figure this out

I believe it helps cover a broader range of frequencies sean. Sort of a megaphone design, if u know what I mean. It puts me in the mind of the difference if you take a, lets say tube from a roll of paper towels and talk through it compared to a piece that is rolled into a cone configuration, it just cover different freqs. Just my opinion, as I don't understand the total concept either.
