how do itell if i was sold a refurbished amp....do tehy mark them or anything???

I think companies have to by law if it's refurbished, if it's not law then almost all that i have ever seen refurbished have been marked , btw refurbished means that either a customer returned it because of defects or a company did the same when they recieved it most items refurbished are fine
