Would this box pound with 1 15" v-max?

i'm not a big fan of these super bass boxes. a lot of kids have them in my town and the tuning frequency is jusy way to high. i think around 45 hz. they sound like crap. built well but tuning frequency is to high

anyone have any suggestions, i want a box thatll put out alot of SPL and still maintain nice SQ.

Ive had two of their boxes and I have to say they do really well. Yes they are tuned at 45 hz but once you put them in your vehicle it can change the a little bit. If you want bass go with them. If your happy then thats all that matters. But if you want good sq with spl I would tuned around 35-37 hz for a good mix of all music. You can take a look at subzone boxes. Just search for them on the internet and you should be able to find them. IMO I love the proboxes because they do put out a lot of bass and sound good to me.

i looked them up, they are nice but subzone doesnt make any ported box's for single 15"s.
