Okay. I know this should be on the HU board but they never replied.
I installed a HU into my new car and it worked for like two days, and then all of a sudden it stopped. I pulled it out and im not getting 12 volts to the power wire. I checked all the fuses and they're all fine. So I took the memory wire to the power wire on the cd player and it's got all 12 volts going through it, but the HU still won't turn on?
