Hello, I am planning on building my own subwoofer box for my Cerwin-Vega XL-15D. I looked at Cerwin-Vega's website and read up on a "Folded Horn" style enclosure. It seems like it would be a more effective enclosure than the standard boxes or bandpass boxes, but I figure that I would ask around before I waste my few good boards on a possibly bad design. I figure I would try to get glasswolf's attention because he seems to be the fellow to ask for just about anything related to car audio. So I guess my question is... Does anyone have blueprints for a folded-horn style enclosure, or even a "vegabass" box? is this even a good design? Are there any better? I appriciate any useful input from anyone, especially the guru's around here.
