I am needing assistance today on searching for a new set of subwoofers or subwoofer. I have a Rockford Fosgate p300.1 at 4ohm its 175w rms and at 2 ohm its 300w rms . its a great amp but I am asking what would be the best subwoofer or subwoofers I can get. I don't mind 1 10'' or 12'' 300w rms subwoofer at 2 ohm wring in parallel or 2 10''(150w rms each) subwoofers at 2ohm wire parallel. I need help guys and gals. I have a 2007 kia rio so space is limited. right now I have 2 10' mtx 4000 thunder series 4ohm wired parallel for 2 ohms in a enclosed box but time to retire them. I do listen to rock, heavy metal, and rap a lot at least 2 hours a day in the car. please let me know
I don't really need to much power I have a real small car a kia rio. its as compact as can be. in regards due to great set ups I also was thinking a hifonics amp 1200.1d 600 rms at 2 ohm and a sundown sa 2 12'' 600 rms at 2 ohm or a mb quart 750.1oa 750rms at 1 ohm amp and a 12'' kicker cxv 1ohm in parallel 750 rms but don't care how big the numbers are I want something good and worth it good sq and spl also not to expensive I want in enclosed box I want it tight and to be able to hear everything with a good kick.
so if I can have what I want answered please like good brands for my wanting
